Private Club Assessment
The selection criteria for consideration as a Platinum Club of the World comprises of six fundamentals of excellence in the private club industry. Club Leaders Forum offers onsite evaluations to Platinum Clubs who wish to improve their world ranking, Clubs that are seeking Platinum recognition in 2017 and Clubs who would like to benchmark against the finest, golf and country clubs in the World.

The Private Club Assessment is conducted over two days. A Senior Club Leaders Forum staff member will take an in-depth tour of the Club’s amenities and facilities, followed by a meeting with the General Manager and the Senior Management team. The Club President and/or Board Members will be invited to attend a discussion meeting that will include an initial assessment. Each of the six Platinum Club criteria will be addressed during the meeting.
Day Two will consist of meetings with each of the Department Heads, during which time reviews and other aspects of the operation will be discussed in detail which will include: course conditioning, service levels, human resources, membership recruitment and retention, marketing, member communications, funding capital projects and deferred maintenance, governance, financial review and strategic vision for the club.
A comprehensive Executive Summary Report will be created and provided within 30 days from the conclusion of the site visit.
